This Service is subject to the Company’s usage policies for the services provided to the Subscriber. i.e. Network Management Policy.

  1. The Service
    The Services offered by the Company are provided to the Subscriber through the use of satellites that operate on the KA band.
  2. Location of the Service
    The Company provides the Service in locations across Libya where KA band coverage is provided by the satellite provider. Coverage can be seen as shown in the map on the following link: Click here.
    The Subscriber must provide the Company’s sales team with the exact location where the Equipment will be installed. The company will then verify that such location is within the boundaries of the Service/coverage area, prior to completing the sign-up process.
  3. Limitations of the Service
    The boundary of this Service is the connection between the fixed land equipment (terminal equipment) which is purchased from the Company and the main servers located in the service providers premises via satellite.
  4. Quality of Service
    The Company is committed to taking all necessary steps to provide the Service as defined in item 1 and as agreed with the Subscriber in the Invoice at the location of the Service specified in item 2, and within the limits of the service described in item 3 of this appendix.
  5. Service Invoice
    The Subscriber is responsible to retain the Service Invoice for the length of the subscription. This Invoice is documented proof of th Subscriber’s purchase of the Service. It shall be used in any information or communication related to the Service between the Company and the Subscriber.
  6. Refund Policy
    The Subscriber cannot, in any way, claim or request a refund of the financial value of the Service once purchased.
  7. Service Duration
    Unless otherwise specified in the Invoice or Service Contract, the Service shall be for a period of 12 months from the date of activation of the Service for the first time.
  8. Payment method
    Unless otherwise specified in the Invoice or Service Contract, the Subscriber must pay for the subscription of the Service, Equipment, activation and installation fees in advance before activating the Service.
  9.  Monthly Quota 
    TIt is the amount of hours calculated by Gigabyte capacities, which can be used by a Subscriber within a period not exceeding thirty (30) days. The renewal of the monthly quota in case of a re-subscription to the Service is described in the Service Life Cycle.
  10. Service Speed
    The Speed of the Service is specified on the Invoice. It is the maximum speed which the Subscriber can obtain with the Service. Speed can be directly affected by the number of users on the network, technical factors, environmental, distance and peak times.
  11.  Service Life Cycle
    The life cycle of the Service is a period between the dates of joining the Service for the first time to the end of the subscription term.

    1. Grace Period
      This is the period between subscribing to the Service and the activation of the Service. At the start of the subscription, the Subscriber shall receive an activation key from the Company directly to their registered email. Upon receiving the activation key the Subscriber has a maximum period of 60 days for B2C segment and 90 days for B2B segment to activate their account. However in case the service has not been activated during the mentioned period, the following fees shall be applied:
      B2C segment: 200 LYD + Activation fee: 100 LYD
      B2B segment: 400 LYD + Activation fee: 100 LYD
      The Company has the full right to cancel the Subscribers account without any compensation. In this case, the Subscriber has no right to place a request for any refund.
    2. Suspension Period
      Is when a Subscriber violates any of the Company’s policies, the Company has full right to suspend the Subscribers account i.e. activating the Service via a different VSAT MODEM that was specified on either the Invoice or Service Contract. However this suspension period is included within the subscription period.
    3. Active Period 
      The Subscriber enters the active period immediately upon successfully activating the Service. This lasts until the end of the Subscription period.
    4. Extension Period
      The Subscriber is permitted to extend his Subscription to the Service, providing his account is not within the Termination Period.
    5.  Termination of Subscription
      The Subscription will instantly be considered expired at the end of the predefined expiration date mentioned on the Invoice or Service Agreement. Should the Subscriber wish to re-activate their account, the Subscriber is required to purchase a new Activation Key as well as purchasing a new Subscription.
    6. Purchase of Additional Quota
      If before the end of the monthly period, the Subscriber finishes their monthly quota, they can purchase an additional quota via the Company’s sales outlets. The additional quota can be used within the current and preceding month.
  12. Service Activation and Subscription Renewal
    To activate the Service for the first time, Subscriber must pay a fee for the Activation Key. The Subscriber may use the same Activation Key as long as the re-subscription to the Service occurs before the end of the Subscription date. If you want to re-subscribe after the Service has been cut, the Subscriber must purchase a new Activation Key.
  13.  Installation of the Equipment
    As per the Agreement between the Company and Subscriber, the Company can provide installation services for equipment purchased from the Company directly which is subject to additional fees. The Installation date shall be set based on the availability of the installation technicians.
  14.  Change of Package
    The Subscriber can change its package to a higher level after paying the difference in subscription fees. The Subscriber cannot in any way change from a higher level package to a lower level package until after the end of the subscription period.
  15. Change of Beam
    Upon registration the Subscriber will confirm the desired beam they wish to connect their Service to. In the case where a Subscriber wishes to change his Service to another desired beam, the Subscriber is required to contact the Company first for approval and to see if the Subscribed Service is available on the other beam. Should the Subscriber attempt to change the Beam on their own according without prior approval from the Company, the Company has full right to terminate the Subscribers account
  16. Transfer of Responsibility
    At the end of the installation and activation process the Subscriber must sign a Service Acceptance Form and ensure that the installation has been done in a correct manner as per the Service Acceptance Form. The Installation process ends once the Subscriber has signed this Service Acceptance Form. At this stage the Subscriber becomes solely responsible for the installed equipment’s. It is the responsibility of the Subscriber to place a concrete base for fixation.
  17. Technical Support
    The Subscribers can communicate with the Customer Service Department for any assistance, complaints, suggestions or information regarding their accounts. The Company also offers after-sales services at an additional cost i.e. troubleshooting, dish alignments et
  18.  Fair Usage Policy
    All RLTT users are subject to RLTT Fair usage policy and may be subject to suspension, termination, or bandwidth limiting for usage which is “continually excessive, unfair, affects other users’ enjoyment of the broadband service, or is not consistent with the usage typically expected on a particular package. This policy is enforced directly, without legal proceedings.
