New policy regarding unactivated accounts
Dear Customers,
We would like to notify you with our new policy for free accounts which will be effective from January 1st 2016. All free accounts will be cancelled automatically as follows:
After 60 days from the creation date for Consumer accounts B2C
After 90 days from the creation date for Business accounts B2B
Therefore you are kindly requested to activate any free accounts you may have to avoid the loss of your subscription.
In case your subscription has expired, you will be required to pay resubscription fees as follows:
For Consumer accounts B2C: 200 LYD + Activation Fee
For Business accounts B2B: 400 LYD + Activation Fee
