Purpose of the role:

To manage the commercial relationship with the B2B , B2C customers and whole sales proactively contacting clients to maintain a consistent high level of service delivery, whilst identifying further new business opportunities. Maintaining the revenue and gross profit of each account ensuring they remain profitable in line with annual targets.

Role & Responsibilities:

The functions included in this job are as follows, but not limited to:

  • Responsible for the increase in sales of RLTT services in Western Mountain by managing the complete portfolio of B2B , B2C accounts and ISP.
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
  • Planning, executing, and managing sales strategies with the assistance of the Sales and After Sales Manager in order to generate sales growth.
  • Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share from larger competitors and building a “territory” for RLTT services.
  • Participate to generate, monitor and review B2B and B2C sales forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Develop, maintain & expand strong relationships with our existing customers and resellers in regard to RLTT’s B2B business.
  • Regularly liaising with existing clients to identify new business opportunities.
  • Creates and conducts effective proposal presentations when needed with assistance of marketing department when needed.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis and acts as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
  • Submit weekly reports detailing activities and sales volumes.
  • Maintains accurate records of all sales activities and manages KPI’s including site visits, sales calls, presentations, closed sales, opportunities to wins and follow-up activities etc.
  • Carry out analysis and produce reports on a monthly and “as and when required” basis, advising on changes and trends in the marketplace and the activities of competitors.
  • Responsible for full sales cycle from leads to payment collection.
  • Develops and update customer’s database through telephone, face to face meetings, email and networking.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
  • Responsible to maintain the existing customer base and service renewal.

 

Required Technical / Functional Competency:

Academic Background:

  • Ideally a Bachelors or Masters Degree in IT.

Knowledge:

  • In depth understanding of sales and marketing principles
  • Good understanding of market activity
  • Complete understanding of pricing and proposal models

Technical Skills:

  • Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas of concern

Specific Practical experience:

  • At least 3-4 years proven sales experience in a similar post.

Other:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience leading and managing a team.
  • Customer facing with a friendly personality.
  • Pleasant and polite.
  • Be able to speak well with regard to the products and company in meetings and presentation.
