Role & Responsibilities:

The functions included in this job are as follows, but not limited to:

Microsoft Partner Center Management:

  • Manage and maintain the Microsoft Partner Center, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Handle all Microsoft requirements within the Partner Center, including user management, licensing, and subscription services.
  • Ensure compliance with Microsoft partner policies and procedures.

Sales Team Support:

  • Assist the sales team with all Microsoft-related requirements and inquiries.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to the sales team regarding Microsoft products, services, and licensing.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and submit proposals, quotes, and orders for Microsoft products and services.

Customer Assistance:

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to Microsoft products and services.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for customer issues related to Microsoft subscriptions and licenses.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs promptly and effectively.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of all Microsoft-related transactions and interactions.
  • Generate reports and provide analysis on Microsoft product usage, licensing, and sales.
  • Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits and compliance reviews.

Training and Development:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft products, services, and licensing changes.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills related to Microsoft products and services.
  • Train and mentor new team members on Microsoft Partner Center operations and sales support processes.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, customer support, and IT, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Communicate effectively with Microsoft representatives to resolve issues and stay informed about updates and changes.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

 

Required Technical / Functional Competency:

Academic Background:

  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.

Knowledge:

  • Must have good knowledge of Microsoft 365 modern work.

Other:

  • Good Technical skills.
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Team member and team lead.
  • Sales, Pre-sales and presenter.
  • English Language fluent.
