Announcement: Service disruption compensation plan
Dear Customers,
We would like to take the opportunity to thank you all for your positive feedbacks. Further to our initial announcement regarding the service reactivation and as part of our efforts to please you and compensate you for the disruption caused, we have decided to provide all our customers with a free data allowance equivalent to 1 month. This is inclusive of the 14 days of service disruption (30-6-2016 until 13-7-2016). We will also be providing an additional 15 days as a complimentary gift upon subscription renewal. For customers who do not wish to renew with us, please contact our customer support team.
Furthermore, all expired accounts will be reactivated for free, this includes all accounts that expired from 30-6-2016 until 18-7-2016.
Note: The compensation and complimentary packages will be rolled out based on the customer’s subscription package.
