Role & Responsibilities:

The functions included in this job are as follows, but not limited to:

  • Review and approve invoices of Customers.
  • Follow-up bills and Auditors.
  • Prepare Bank reconciliations.
  • Due payment for the rental sites and make all Necessary adjustment .
  • Prepare payroll sheet.
  • Prepare daily report for bank/ cash balance of sales.
  • Daily financial report for management.
  • Create checks for payments.
  • Prepare the invoices for tax stamp if required.
  • Create and follow up letter of credit when required.
  • Following up outstanding invoices according to the payment policy.
  • Fixed assets depreciation calculation.

Required Technical / Functional Competency:

Academic Background:

  • BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree.

Knowledge & Technical Skills:

  • Work experience as an Accountant
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP’s and pivot tables
  • Experience with general ledger functions
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
