Rawafed Libya was commissioned by UNICEF to design, deliver and implement a comprehensive modernisation programme for UNICEF Tripoli Headquarters, establishing the facility as a secure, resilient and technologically advanced operational hub.
The programme spanned ICT infrastructure, physical security, emergency communications and critical infrastructure protection, including enterprise-grade network infrastructure, a fibre optic backbone, a central data center/server room and unified command-and-control operations.
Delivered across 9 integrated solutions and 6 project phases, the work supported real-time monitoring, personnel protection, critical asset safeguarding and mission continuity under international best-practice standards.

The environment was built around an enterprise-grade hyperconverged infrastructure platform, combining server and storage capacity with a secure physical datacenter environment designed for efficiency, resilience and continuous operations.
The project included physical infrastructure deployment, site preparation and civil works, secure containment, raised floor, suspended ceiling, biometric access control, CCTV surveillance and a network operations centre for operational visibility.
