Digital Oilfields / Wellhead Monitoring
RLTT delivered a comprehensive digital oilfield wellhead monitoring and optimisation solution for the Arabian Gulf Oil Company, covering 1,000 ESP wells — approximately 50% of Libya’s ESP wells.
The solution was built around smart IoT edge wellhead panels deployed at each well site, enabling real-time data acquisition, local processing, and secure satellite transmission of wellhead measurements.
At the central level, the digital oilfield software platform provided continuous remote monitoring, SCADA dashboards, historical trending, alarms, performance diagnostics, and AI-driven predictive analytics to help operations teams make faster decisions and reduce unplanned downtime.
Digital Oilfields / People On Board
RLTT delivered a complete EPIC Smart-Trac People On Board (POB) and eMustering system for Mellitah Oil and Gas (MOG) across four offshore assets: the DP4 and DP3 platforms, the GAZA FSO, and the Sabratha Platform.
The project combined RFID smart cards, fixed and mobile RFID readers, wireless access points, handheld devices, local site control, centralised platform control, and real-time management access from headquarters.

RLTT delivered a complete Fleet Management System for Assail Drilling Company, covering 70 vehicles operating across remote desert drilling locations beyond cellular coverage.
The solution was built around ORBCOMM ST9101 satellite tracking terminals communicating exclusively over the Inmarsat satellite network, with each rugged IoT unit backed by an internal lithium-ion battery providing more than 48 hours of operation during power interruptions.
Through the cloud-based Secure Solutions FMS Platform, Assail’s operations teams gained centralised real-time fleet visibility, live vehicle and asset tracking, geofencing, route history, automated reporting, driver behaviour monitoring, and speed violation reporting to improve safety standards across drilling site operations.
Digital Oilfields / Industrial CCTV & Thermal Surveillance
RLTT delivered a comprehensive end-to-end CCTV surveillance solution for a major oil export port environment, supporting operational visibility, perimeter security, asset protection and control room monitoring.
The deployment combined long-range visible-light cameras, thermal cameras, 360-degree PTZ heads and licence plate recognition, all mounted on purpose-built steel poles and connected through a single-mode fibre backbone for high-speed, low-latency video transmission.
A dedicated control room was equipped for monitoring, recording, search, playback and event-based recording, with supporting power, earthing, UPS backup, commissioning, documentation, handover and user training.
