Connectivity built for serious operations.
Fibre-led business connectivity with resilient wireless, VSAT and satellite backup — built for oilfields, headquarters, ports, offshore assets and critical operations.
Fibre-led connectivity for oilfields, headquarters, ports, offshore assets and critical operations.
RLTT Connectivity is designed for organizations that rely on continuous communications across offices, oilfields, industrial sites, offshore assets, ports, vehicles and remote operations. At the core of the service is fibre optic and dedicated terrestrial connectivity, supported by wireless point-to-point, VSAT, satellite and LEO backup paths where resilience, coverage or rapid deployment is required.
Tell us about your site, location and operational requirements. We’ll help identify the right fibre-led connectivity architecture, with the right wireless, VSAT, LEO, mobility or maritime backup where needed.
Fibre Optic Connectivity
Primary high-capacity connectivity for headquarters, oil and gas locations, city offices, ports and critical business sites.
Dedicated Leased Line
Dedicated terrestrial service models for enterprise environments, NOC subsidiary locations and operational sites that require stable primary connectivity.
Datalink / VPN
For secure site-to-site connectivity, protected data flow, and controlled enterprise traffic.
OneWeb
A low-latency LEO option for remote operations, mobile deployments, and fast-response environments.
RLTT delivers business-grade connectivity architectures aligned to site conditions, operational criticality, and resilience requirements. The model is fibre-led wherever terrestrial infrastructure is available, then strengthened with wireless point-to-point, VSAT, satellite and LEO paths for backup, extension and continuity in demanding environments.

Maritime Connectivity
For offshore assets, vessels, and sea-linked operations that require continuous communications.
Land Mobility
For vehicles, field teams, and mobile operational units working beyond fixed infrastructure.
Satellite Phones
For remote, high-dependence scenarios where fallback communication remains essential.
Deployment Design
Connectivity architecture shaped around terrain, mobility, and operational risk.
Some environments demand more than standard office connectivity. RLTT’s specialized connectivity model is designed for maritime, mobility, offshore and remote-field operations where communications directly affect safety, coordination and continuity. In these environments, wireless point-to-point, VSAT, satellite, LEO, mobility equipment and deployment-specific design act as resilient backup, extension and specialist coverage layers around the primary connectivity model.
Proof in practice
Fibre-led connectivity for Libya’s oil and gas operations.
A real-world example of RLTT’s fibre-led service layer across critical infrastructure — connecting oilfields, production facilities, headquarters, data centers, sea ports and offshore-related operations across Libya, with backup paths where resilience is required.
Connectivity Services / Oil & Gas Operations
Managed fibre-led connectivity across critical oil and gas locations
Across Libya’s oil and gas environment, RLTT provides the connectivity service layer that keeps NOC and subsidiary locations linked to headquarters, enterprise systems, data centers, ports and operational facilities. The primary service is delivered over fibre connectivity wherever available, giving critical locations a stable, high-capacity foundation for business and operational communications.
Wireless point-to-point, VSAT and satellite paths are used as backup, extension and resilience layers where the operating environment requires additional continuity — including oilfields, headquarters, main city locations, sea ports and offshore-related operations. This allows operational sites to maintain voice, data and enterprise connectivity even when backup paths are required or rapid field deployment is needed.
Within this wider environment, RLTT provides fibre-based connectivity services to around 90% of National Oil Corporation and subsidiary locations, supporting more than 100 operational locations and high-capacity communications exceeding 20Gbps through service models designed around continuity, resilience and operational support.

Managed Connectivity / Mixed-Use Community
Palm City Residences by Corinthia — exclusive connectivity provider
Since 2019, RLTT has served as the exclusive telecommunications service provider for Palm City, one of Tripoli’s most prestigious residential and business communities. The environment combines luxury residences, commercial offices, international companies, diplomatic missions, embassies and expatriate executives — all requiring dependable voice and data communications in a secure, high-quality setting.
RLTT is responsible for delivering and maintaining the complete voice and data communications infrastructure throughout Palm City. Today, more than 430 residential and commercial units rely on RLTT connectivity services and network infrastructure to support daily business operations, international communication, remote working, and personal connectivity.
This example shows RLTT’s connectivity role beyond remote industrial environments: operating a high-performance managed communications environment for one of Libya’s most distinguished mixed-use communities, where service quality, continuity and responsive support are essential.
