Announcement: Regarding the July compensation plan

Dear Valued Customers,

We would like to bring to your attention that the compensation plan for the July service disconnection is only available for the customers whose accounts were active during the outage period. The eligible (entitled) customers are requested to activate their accounts within one week from the expiration date.
