How do I check my balance and usage quota?

To check your balance and usage quota, please follow the steps below:

  1. Make sure you are connected to the internet via your Tooway modem
  2. Access the following web address:
  3. The page will load displaying two tables.
  4. The first table contains all the technical information regarding your account, this includes your satellite signal strength, uplink and downlink dB values and MAC address.
  5. The second table contains all the information related to your balance and usage. You can view how much data you have consumed and how much is left, the package you are currently on, your current cycle start date, next cycle start date and any volume booster bandwidth available
